Sessions are 50 minutes in length and $175 per session for individuals as of March 1st. 2025. During COVID-19, options for teletherapy will be provided, please see my home page for more information. Future options for group psychotherapy are also available.
Payment is required at the start of each counselling session — either by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
There is a $85.00 charge for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. In the case of a missed appointment (no show) the full amount will be charged.
Many benefit plans reimburse employees, wholly or partially, for counselling services. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage prior to beginning counselling.
Your insurance provider may wish to know that I am a:
- Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Occupational Therapist
- Member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists, College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario ( COTO).
- Member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario ( CRPO).
- Member of Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT)
If served with a court Summons accompanied by the fees required by the rules of Court, I will attend Court with my clinical record and will answer questions about the file as required by the Court.
I will not provide any reports, letters or verbal opinions in relation to court matters.
With your written consent or if served with a court order , I will release copy of your clinical record to you, upon receipt of payment of $30 plus $0.25 per page after 20 pages.
If we both agree, I will provide a letter that summarizes the clinical record upon payment of an agreed sum.
